Chelle Beautiful is actually a dynamic group of artists and party entertainers started in Bellingham in 2011 by owner Rochelle Walden. With a background in buying, merchandising and advertising and time as a coach for small business owners, Rochelle moved with her family to the Northwest from Fort Collins, CO in 2011. A self-taught face-painter, she is the former owner of Best Face Painter in Fort Collins, and has found Bellingham to be a terrific area for small business as well as a rich arts environment. Chelle Beautiful added the Bellingham Balloon Fairies to the face and body painting in 2012, which has proven to be a huge hit for parties and corporate events, as well as a fun fixture at the Bellingham Farmer's Market and area festivals.
